The go-to peacekeeper on the team, Vivian runs interference when there are intra-team problems. Team members open up to her and turn to her for help first; she cares, but she's still pretty stoic emotionally. She perhaps is the only one who is wholly unafraid of Jack--pushing him to talk, reaming him when his behavior is affecting the team, Vivian spends most of the series' beginning episodes trying to keep the Hardy boys from killing each other. She also covers for Jack...a lot. Jack tells her and her only about some of the problems his daughter Hannah has been having; she covers for him with the three younger team members; when Jack blows up at the OPR agent, she steps in and ends it without even addressing the crux of the argument.
